Course Description
This course is a 7 step process that will walk you through releasing, aligning, and creating a life that you LOVE! Each day will present a new piece of the formula and help guide you towards true, authentic happiness! You will discover the power of the three A's, Awareness, Acceptance, and Action and how to utilize them in releasing old programming and navigating through heavy emotions. You will rediscover what truly makes you happy by moving from your "To Do List" to your "For You List," adding more happiness to your days. Then you will step into your childlike energy and begin to design the life you've always wanted!
